Operational Confidence for What’s Next

Join Locus Robotics at LogiMAT 2026 and see how leading European operators are rethinking automation in a market defined by volatility, labor pressure, and shifting demand.

Most automation systems are built for stability. Today’s warehouses are not.

This is automation designed for change, not fixed forecasts.

Adapt Faster. Deliver Smarter.

LocusONE™ orchestrates people, robots, and workflows in real time, enabling operations to adjust as volumes change, SKU velocity shifts, or labor availability fluctuates.

At Hall 8 Stand 8D41, you’ll get the chance to:

See live demonstrations of automation coordinating robots and associates in dynamic, high-variability environments
Explore how throughput can increase without overbuilding for peak or redesigning your facility
Experience LocusONE™ managing multiple robot types within one unified orchestration layer
See high-performance output without committing to rigid infrastructure
Discuss your current constraints — labor exposure, forecast risk, facility limitations — with our operational experts
Walk through how your SKU mix, order profile, and growth plans could be handled without long-term lock-in

Live at LogiMAT: The Quality Group Success Story

Scaling Fulfillment in a Volatile Demand Environment

The Quality Group (ESN and More Nutrition) operates in one of Europe’s most unpredictable e-commerce markets, driven by influencer campaigns, rapid product launches, limited editions, and sudden SKU velocity shifts. Demand patterns can change overnight.

To consolidate its logistics network and support growth, TQG opened a new 40,000 m² fulfillment center in Elsdorf. The objective was clear: build a high-throughput operation capable of processing up to 45,000 orders and 300,000 units per day, while retaining the ability to exceed 60,000 orders during peak periods — without locking the facility into a rigid infrastructure model.

What defines this operation is not just volume — but volatility. Any SKU can become a fast mover overnight, requiring immediate rebalancing of picking priorities, zones, and labor allocation.

Instead of investing in fixed automation built around stable forecasts, TQG implemented a flexible fulfillment architecture designed for phased scaling, rapid go-live, and continuous adjustment.

Visit us at LogiMAT to see how TQG:

  • Went live quickly without operational disruption
  • Scaled capacity in phases as demand evolved
  • Surpassed 20 million picks in under a year
  • Achieved high throughput without sacrificing adaptability

This case demonstrates that performance and flexibility no longer need to be trade-offs.
